📋 Description

• Hybrid role at intersection of solution design and delivery.
• Own enterprise engagements end to end: discovery, design, build, deploy, production agentic systems.
• Collaborate with customer teams to translate workflows into AI agents on DevRev platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years in customer-facing technical roles in B2B SaaS/enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based systems in production.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript; strong REST APIs, webhooks, and SQL skills.
• Strong discovery, PoC/SOW design, and technical scoping with effort estimates.
• Executive communication; able to whiteboard architecture and ROI for CXOs.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership; operate in unstructured environments.
