Sr. Manual Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Coordinate SIT, UAT, end-to-end, and regression testing across multiple teams, systems, vendors
• Develop, review, execute, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and documentation.
• Assess test coverage, identify risks and dependencies, and propose mitigations.
• Plan and coordinate test data for complex end-to-end scenarios.
• Execute manual testing for complex business processes with multiple interfaces.
• Manage defect lifecycle: identify, document, prioritize, track, and drive resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years as a Tester, Senior Tester, Test Lead, or similar QA role.
• At least 5 years hands-on testing in large-scale systems, preferably US healthcare payer
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, end-to-end, and regression testing across multiple teams/vendors.
• Strong knowledge of MMIS/MES, Medicaid/Medicare, member eligibility, benefits, and determinations.
• HIPAA knowledge and healthcare data privacy experience.
• Proven ability to create/review/execute SIT and UAT test scenarios and cases.
