🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, CS, or equivalent; or relevant
• 2+ years in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; translate business needs into technical actions.
• Fluent in German and English; comfortable presenting to native-speaking clients.
• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS is a plus.
