📋 Description

• Primary contact for investigative sites; connects stakeholders to sites and strengthens AbbVie’s
• Aligns, trains, and motivates site staff and PI on trial goals and patient treatment principles.
• Conducts site evaluation, training, routine and closure monitoring with GCP/ICH adherence and data
• Advanced site engagement using CRM tools to report and track progress.
• Links protocol, scientific principles to trial execution; optimizes recruitment and retention
• Mentors less experienced CRAs; participates in global/local initiatives as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum 1 year clinically related experience; at least 6 months in clinical research monitoring.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP, and applicable policies.
• Strong collaboration, planning, and organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to leverage technology for site-centric support and effective issue resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; builds trusted site
