📋 Description
- Lead execution of advanced process solutions for TOMRA FOOD’s key customers.
- Set up, implement, and monitor a structured stage gate process from pre-sale to commissioning.
- Collaborate with customers, TOMRA internal stakeholders, and 3rd parties to meet deadlines and
- On-site installation management and end-to-end project quality assurance.
- Coordinate with sales, vendors, operations, and service to ensure smooth handover.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a design or project role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with practical problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
