📋 Description

• Provide SAP technical support and incident handling
• Analyse, diagnose and fix ABAP issues
• Read and debug ABAP code; contribute SAP app evolutions
• Collaborate with functional/technical teams and supply chain
• Propose improvements to optimize SAP performance
• Communicate with stakeholders regularly

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in IT or engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years in application/technical support
• Good knowledge of SAP environments and/or e-commerce
• Fluent to professional English
• Service mindset, rigor, teamwork
