- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver technology
- Analyze business needs and translate into manufacturing technology improvements.
- Contribute to global projects and provide on-call support as required.
- Deliver training and end-user support to ensure effective system use.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years IT, business systems support, or manufacturing operations experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing systems or manufacturing applications.
- Proficient in English, strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate in a global team.

- Salary range: €40,000 – €50,000
- Travel requirements: 20 - 25%
- Hybrid work arrangement in Italy (Ottaviano, Campania)
