Implementation Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of integration projects from kickoff to go-live for enterprise customers.
• Build and drive project plans; identify risks and blockers to protect timelines.
• Lead governance with customer stakeholders and maintain engagement with senior users.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Analytics to translate progress into
• Act as a technical translator for API operations, JavaScript, JSON, and other web/database tech.
• Track project health and contribute to Forter’s implementation playbooks and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects for enterprise customers.
• Proven track record running multiple concurrent projects to on-time completion.
• Outstanding organizational skills and delivery quality focus.
• Owner’s mindset: proactive, accountable, and self-driven.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
• Working technical fluency with API integrations, JavaScript, JSON, and related web/database tech.
