- Own end-to-end AI solution delivery inside ORA
- Design orchestration, build sub-agents and skills
- Wire up knowledge base; define success metrics
- Instrument feedback loops for measurable quality
- Deploy and monitor solutions; iterate on signals
- Own AI workflows across call lifecycle (pre-, in-, post-call)
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in AI/ML solution work or related roles
- Fluency with LLM behavior, prompt design, orchestration
- Strong DB/data flow understanding; can read code
- Experience scoping problems, writing requirements & acceptance criteria
- Superior written/verbal comms; translate problems to AI designs
- End-to-end ownership mindset; bachelor or equivalent
