📋 Description
- Own capital expenditure and fixed-asset accounting for bakery portfolio
- Track new bakery openings and report capital spend vs budget
- Manage lease accounting for bakery locations under ASC 842
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure GAAP compliance
- Maintain fixed-asset subledger and depreciation calculations
- Support financial systems and reporting processes
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years progressive accounting experience; retail/consumer products a plus
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and storytelling in financial results
- Experience with Workday ERP and inventory systems is a plus
