Principal Front End Engineer

📋 Description

• Define and drive frontend engineering practices, architecture, tooling, standards, and capabilities
• Lead architecture and development of scalable, accessible, performant web apps with WCAG/Section
• Design modern frontend architectures, build systems, workflows, CI/CD, and deployment infra.
• Establish and maintain shared component libraries and design systems to boost velocity.
• Champion mobile-first, performance, accessibility, and maintainability best practices.
• Modernize frontend tech stacks and lead initiatives to improve quality and delivery efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of related software engineering experience delivering production frontend apps and
• Proven expertise architecting modern web apps at scale using React and/or Angular.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and web APIs, CSS, responsive design, cross-browser
• Hands-on experience with frontend tools like Webpack, Vite, pnpm, npm.
• Experience with automated testing (Jest/Vitest, RTL/Angular Testing, Playwright/Cypress).
• WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508 accessibility, automated accessibility testing with
