- Lead planning and execution of quarterly objectives with business priorities, capacity, and
- Own team roadmaps, ensure quality, predictability, and timely delivery; collaborate with
- Identify and manage technical, delivery, and operational risks proactively.
- Drive engineering excellence in design, coding, testing, reviews, and readiness.
- Provide technical leadership for SQL, Java-based backend services, microservices, and data platform
- Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement across engineering processes.
🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
- Strong backend and data platform development experience.
- Experience leading software engineering teams.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Excellent SQL/database design and OOP knowledge.
