📋 Description
- Lead geochemistry/analytical techniques in radiocarbon and isotopic lab ops
- Oversee GC methods, data quality, and throughput improvements
- Collaborate with R&D to scale new services and ensure compliance
- Mentor staff and support production in high season
- Ensure ISO/IEC 17025 and quality systems alignment
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Geochemistry, Chemistry, or related field
- 8–12+ years in analytical labs
- Strong GC instrumentation (GC-FID, GC-MS)
- R&D to production method transfer experience
- Isotope techniques knowledge a plus; ISO/IEC 17025 know-how
