Credit Financing Group Associate/Principal

📋 Description

• The Associate/Principal will structure, negotiate, and execute financing transactions across KKR's
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop financing strategies and optimize capital structures.
• Engage with financing counterparties, legal counsel, rating agencies, and internal/external
• Develop innovative financing solutions and manage liability structures across various financing
• Identify and implement AI and technology solutions to automate workflows and improve data

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in credit financing, asset-backed/structured/leveraged finance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of credit facilities, structured products, and financing documentation.
• Experience structuring/negotiating transactions with lenders and counsel preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to evaluate complex structures.
• Interest in private credit markets and innovative capital structures.
• Ability to manage multiple live transactions with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
