📋 Description
- Lead full acquisition lifecycle across US, Canada, and Europe
- Identify targets and develop investment theses
- Negotiate transactions and drive close
- Partner with exec leadership and investors on portfolio strategy
- Manage multiple high-priority deal workstreams
- Build integration plans post-acquisition
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in investment banking, private equity, venture/growth, or corporate development
- Direct M&A execution experience from sourcing to closing
- Strong financial modeling incl. LBO and merger models
- Experience with consumer software or related tech is valued
- Strong commercial judgment and strategic fit assessment
- Understanding of acquisition strategies and software roll-ups
