📋 Description

• Evaluate and underwrite complex homeowners and condo submissions, reviewing property
• Determine risk eligibility and coverage terms while supporting pricing decisions for profitability.
• Apply underwriting judgment with data, analytics, automated workflows, AI-assisted insights, and
• Monitor portfolio performance and adjust underwriting guidelines, risk appetite, or processes as
• Collaborate with product, technology, data, actuarial, claims, legal, and other teams on
• Mentor less-experienced underwriters and share expertise on complex risks and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of P&C underwriting experience.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Experience underwriting complex property risks (homeowners, condo, personal-lines/property
• Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, risk evaluation, eligibility criteria, and portfolio
• Ability to interpret data and analytics to support decisions.
