Senior Application Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Establish secure development standards across SDLC.
• Strengthen CI/CD security and secure-by-design practices.
• Lead AI and LLM security efforts (RAG pipelines, agentic workflows).
• Perform threat modeling and risk assessments for applications.
• Lead AI red teaming and guardrails against prompt injection and data exposure.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, product, and compliance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS, SE, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years in software development or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of application security, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AI security concepts and frameworks (OWASP ATLAS, NIST RMF).
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
