📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of software engineers and contractors.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a software
• Proven experience leading software engineering teams with accountability for performance, growth
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into concise updates for diverse stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies in controlled/safety-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.
