- Provide technical support to customers on analog/mixed-signal design and manufacturing.
- Deliver hands-on lab support at customer/internal facilities.
- Review requirements, identify risks, and suggest best-fit solutions.
- Troubleshoot product and system-level issues in lab and field.
- Define project scope and develop plans aligned with customer needs.
- Contribute field insights to product roadmaps and collaborate with design teams.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in analog circuit design and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's in Electronics or related field preferred.
- Strong analog and mixed-signal design skills; capable of diagnosing complex issues.
- Hands-on lab experience with electronic products and circuit boards.
- Excellent customer-facing communication; ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Ability to balance customer specs with manufacturing capabilities.
