📋 Description
- Client-facing accounting lead at client site
- Act as liaison between client finance and offshore team
- Coordinate deliverables and ensure timely on-site support
- Understand requirements and address accounting issues
- Bridge gaps between client and offshore teams
- Provide on-site support for questions and escalations
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years accounting experience, client-facing preferred
- Hands-on with complex journal entries, GL, reconciliations
- Month-end close, variance analysis, GAAP knowledge
- Experience with offshore/shared-services teams
- Strong communication and Excel/ERP skills
