Developer Community Manager

📋 Description

• Build, grow, and lead Smartsheet's developer community from the ground up.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to amplify the developer
• Establish culture and create programs to engage individual developers.
• Host office hours and AMAs to understand developer needs and foster relationships.
• Capture community feedback and translate it into actionable insights for roadmaps.
• Manage content calendar and produce engaging technical content.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years in Developer relations or community management with proven scale from scratch.
• Experience launching a community and driving early engagement.
• Governance and moderation experience on Slack, Discourse, or Reddit.
• CS degree, software engineering background, or open-source foundation.
• Familiarity with work management or automation platforms; Smartsheet experience a plus.
• Strong written communication; capable of technical, warm, human responses.
