• Lead SaaS sales contract negotiations—drafting, redlining, and closing enterprise agreements (MSA
• Advise on data privacy, information security, IP, and corporate risk mitigation.
• Review and negotiate partner, procurement, and marketing contracts; provide HR-related legal
• Develop and maintain company-wide policies; monitor legal developments and advise on risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with European bar admission; 4+ years drafting and negotiating sales contracts (SaaS
• Experience with MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, ToS; strong understanding of EU law; some UK/US knowledge
• Excellent English, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and ability to work independently within
