📋 Description

• Conduct operational audits of apartment communities and corporate functions.
• Evaluate compliance with client operating standards, policies, and procedures.
• Review leasing, move-in/out, rent collection, vendor management, and maintenance ops.
• Perform testing of key processes, records, and supporting documents.
• Identify operational, compliance, and reputational risks and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Shared Services and Corporate teams.

• Revenue and billing audits (rent charges, lease discrepancies, waived fees, resident credits
• Operational compliance reviews across leasing, maintenance, procurement, and centralized processes
• Exception reporting and investigation

• Vendor, purchasing, and expense governance reviews
• Process improvement recommendations based on audit findings
