Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Drive process, systems, and scalability improvements to support company growth, including new
• Own bakery/4-wall accounting for each bakery location, ensuring accurate, timely results, and
• Manage inventory and cost of goods sold, including inventory valuation, shrink/waste tracking, and
• Oversee bakery labor accounting — accruals, reconciliations, and reporting — in partnership with
• Account for utilities, waste, office expense, and other bakery-level operating costs, including
• Lead the multi-unit month-end close for the bakery portfolio, standardizing processes and close

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of accounting leadership experience — consumer products a plus.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and practical accounting application.
• Experience cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills; ability to tell a story with data.
