📋 Description

• Provide technical support for CICS TS and OEM software
• Assist customers across enterprise z/OS environments
• Install, configure, maintain, upgrade CICS TS
• Support 24/7/365 ops across time zones
• Assist with migrations and resolve issues
• Collaborate with PMs and teams for upgrades

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years on IBM zSeries/mainframe platforms
• Strong CICS TS knowledge and configuration
• Experience with IBM SMP/E for install/maintain
• Experience with monitoring/management tools for CICS
• Analytical, independent, multi-priority handling
