- Own financial visibility, efficiency, and performance across Babylist Shop, focusing on topline
- Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Data; work with the Director of
- Build models and processes; present insights to executives; take ownership of FP&A for
🎯 Requirements
- Deep ecommerce finance fluency with metrics like AOV, gross-to-net, unit economics, and gross
- Advanced financial modeling in Excel/Google Sheets; scenario analysis; large dataset handling.
- Independent ownership and problem-solving; ability to define approach in ambiguity.
- Executive- and board-ready communication with clear data visualization.
- Strong focus on accuracy, quality checks, and reconciling outputs.
- Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in finance workflows; automation of reporting.
