- Provide strategic thought leadership across incentive compensation, including plan design
- Own incentive compensation activities for assigned therapeutic areas, ensuring high-quality
- Build and maintain relationships with sales leadership, HQ, internal stakeholders, and external

- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.
- 8+ years of analytics experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or similarly
- At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in incentive compensation; relevant experience in
- Strong functional and technical expertise across incentive compensation design, analytics
- Hands-on experience performing incentive compensation modeling, simulations, analytics, and insight
