Clinical Research Associate II

📋 Description

• Primary contact for investigative sites; connects stakeholders and strengthens AbbVie positioning.
• Aligns, trains and motivates site staff and principal investigators on trial goals and patient
• Performs site evaluations, training, routine and closure monitoring with GCP/ICH adherence.
• Customizes site engagement strategy using CRM to report progress and impact.
• Links protocol, science, and trial requirements to day-to-day execution; optimizes
• Mentors less experienced CRAs and participates in global/local task forces as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum 1 year clinically related experience; 6 months in clinical research monitoring; familiarity
• Knowledge of therapeutic areas and regulatory ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with site engagement tools and data/reporting systems; solid communication skills.
• Ability to mentor others and work in a dynamic environment with deadlines.
