IT Support Administrator I

📋 Description

• Plan, deploy, and configure new systems to keep up with changing needs.
• Remotely support end user problems and provide troubleshooting.
• Maintain enterprise systems and company IT assets such as servers and desktops.
• Monitor for security threats and malware to protect users.
• Educate on and enforce IT compliance and policy obligations.
• Support the Network infrastructure locally in the Toronto office.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with macOS administration and support.
• Experience with formal ticketing systems.
• Experience administering SaaS technologies.
• Flexibility to work with all types of technology (macOS, Windows, network devices).
• Experience with machine provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Experience managing Enterprise security: endpoint security and email security.
