📋 Description

• We're bringing accounting in-house for the first time across US and UK entities.
• Own collections, AP, payroll, bookkeeping, and month-end close.
• Develop AI-driven automation in reconciliations and close processes.
• Collaborate with Head of Finance and RevOps to improve finance stack.
• Build a modern, best-in-class finance function, not legacy with AI.
• Operate with velocity while delivering high-quality work.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent (in-house preferred).
• Strong ownership mind-set, able to own end-to-end processes.
• Experience building playbooks and improving accounting processes.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to catch discrepancies.
• Willingness to use AI to improve accounting speed and accuracy.
• Bonus: multi-entity or cross-border US/UK accounting exposure.
