Tool & Die Specialist - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Maintain, repair, and modify molds for plastic injection and die casting
• Disassemble/assemble molds safely and efficiently
• Repair/fabricate cores, cavities, and components
• Hand work on part details, lifters, slides, and polishing
• Support production with troubleshooting and defect reduction
• Assist design/engineering with tooling changes for part updates

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years hands-on tool maintenance/repair with plastic injection molds
• Preferred: 1+ year welding; 5+ years tool/die maintenance
• Preferred: 1+ year TIG welding on tool steels
• Preferred: 1+ year machining for mold components
• Experience with CNC machining of tool/die components
