Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as trusted technical/product advisor for enterprise partners across Turkey and wider EMEA.
• Bridge customer needs with internal engineering, product, sales, compliance, and operations teams.
• Combine technical consulting, API integration, solution design, pre-sales, and relationship
• Guide customers from discovery and evaluation through implementation, onboarding, and adoption.
• Translate regional requirements into actionable product/engineering feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years enterprise technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, integration workflows, WebSockets, JSON; experience with
• Native or business-level Turkish with English communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ownership, execution, customer orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fintech knowledge and familiarity with brokerage/financial APIs is a plus.
