📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex commercial agreements (transit partnerships
• Structure and negotiate high-value transport deals with Transport business unit leaders.
• Provide pragmatic, deal-focused legal support to accelerate revenue and expand Arrive’s Transport
• Offer strategic and day-to-day legal guidance across software and hardware product lines.
• Identify and advise on legal/commercial risks to balance risk with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree from a European university (Master en Droit/LLM or equivalent).
• Active legal credentials in Europe; Paris Bar/CAPA a strong plus.
• 6+ years drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions; in-house plus law firm
• Fluent in French and English; additional European/international languages are a plus.
• Experience supporting transport, urban mobility, or smart city deals; public procurement
• Strong business acumen; ability to translate legal concepts into actionable business advice.
