Job Description
📋 Description
- Conduct TEAP assessments and develop intervention and support plans.
- Facilitate group sessions, workshops, and prevention programs.
- Provide counseling, prevention education, and relapse-prevention support to students.
- Collaborate with center departments and community agencies for comprehensive student support.
- Participate in department processes addressing student concerns and program needs.
- Assist in creating and maintaining TEAP operating procedures.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Public Health, or related
- Preferred experience with youth, educational programs, counseling, or support services.
- Knowledge of substance-abuse prevention, early intervention, and case management.
- Ability to facilitate groups and educational sessions.
- Strong communication, crisis-management, and team collaboration skills.
- Understanding of confidentiality and chain-of-custody procedures.
