AMS Verification Engineer (RFIC Engineering)

📋 Description

• Develop and own analog-on-top and digital-on-top design verification flows for full-chip RFICs and
• Build testbenches and flows to simulate RFIC/SoC interfaces
• Improve speed and accuracy of simulations for mixed-signal IPs (PLLs, DACs, ADCs)
• Create behavioral models of RF/analog/mixed-mode blocks for chip verification
• Collaborate with ATE test engineering to develop/test plans
• Set up and run EM/IR simulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field
• 1+ year in IC design/verification
