📋 Description

• Deliver features end-to-end in a microservices platform.
• Design solutions within existing architecture and involve Senior for cross-module decisions.
• Address scale challenges: concurrency, high-volume traffic, availability.
• Co-own service health: tests, observability, production issues.
• Use AI coding tools daily; ensure correctness, security, performance.
• Review peers’ PRs and mentor Juniors via pairing and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years Go or 3+ years backend with at least 1 year in Go.
• Understanding of architecture and ability to evaluate designs.
• Experience with concurrent/event-driven systems: goroutines, channels, retries, idempotency.
• Distributed systems and cloud computing knowledge.
• Experience building microservices with SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB).
• Familiarity with gRPC/GraphQL; production experience on AWS/Azure/GCP.
