📋 Description
- Serve as statistical expert for quality and performance evaluations and study design.
- Partner with analytics leadership to develop quality analysis plans.
- Gather and analyze healthcare, quality, and epidemiological data.
- Design models to predict HEDIS rates and STAR ratings.
- Develop epidemiological studies to support interventions.
- Communicate findings to leadership using visuals and reports.
🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Public Health, Biostatistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in program evaluation or statistical analysis.
- Experience designing epidemiological studies with healthcare data.
- Strong SAS and SQL skills.
- Proficiency in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, descriptive stats.
- Excellent communication and data visualization skills.
