Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of central-level projects and Core-funded
- Develop and maintain project tools, workplans, schedules, budgets, monitoring, and reporting.
- Promote standard practices, tools, and systems to improve delivery and efficiency.
- Coordinate with technical, program management, and project teams to resolve issues and dependencies.
- Monitor deliverables, budgets, milestones, and escalate risks with corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; project management certification preferred.
- At least 8 years of relevant PM experience, including 2+ years in management.
- Experience in NGO/government/private sector environments; international program PM preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, processes, and software.
- Experience building complex workplans, budgets, schedules, risks, and critical paths.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong negotiation and stakeholder management.
