- Own end-to-end solution architecture for IGA engagements: identity model, authoritative source
- Act as design authority across portfolio — review connector designs, workflows, RBAC/ABAC, SoD, and
- Lead engineering bench (US and Pune): staffing, mentoring, code quality gates, career development.
- Own migration strategy for legacy IGA moves to modern platforms (IdentityIQ to Identity Security
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years IAM/IGA experience; 4+ years leading engineering or architecture teams in services or MSP
- Hands-on delivery with SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud, Saviynt, Okta IG, or Microsoft
- Strong design and governance skills; client-facing with CISO/EA stakeholders.
- Certifications: CISSP, CIMP/IDPro or vendor architect certs (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta).
