Financial Systems Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the financial systems ecosystem within FinOps.
• Administer NetSuite, implement finance data workflows, and manage middleware (Workato).
• Oversee cross-system data flows and governance across ERP, billing, and reporting.
• Drive system integrations and automation to scale Finance Operations.
• Partner with Accounting, RevOps, Legal, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions.
• Define documentation and governance to improve reliability and insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial systems, finance operations, or business systems roles.
• Hands-on NetSuite administration; experience with Workato or similar middleware.
• Strong data integrity, integration, and data-quality controls.
• Advanced Excel and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and automation; ability to drive measurable results.
