📋 Description

• Define and drive the technical vision for Core teams.
• Lead cross-team initiatives with partner teams.
• Own interfaces between teams; resolve ownership issues.
• Represent Bestow with carrier partners and vendors.
• Stay current with emerging tech and evaluate platform alignment.
• Foster technical excellence and continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years software development experience.
• 5+ years progressive engineering management incl. managing managers.
• Design, build and operate distributed systems and microservices at scale.
• Extensive PostgreSQL experience: schema design and performance.
• Strong backend in Golang and/or Python; API design (gRPC, REST).
