Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead payroll discovery workstream in a migration programme
- Assess business requirements and migration tooling
- Update ROM with payroll scope, plans, and costs
- Support SOW for Foundation phase payroll scope
- Maintain workstream plan for tooling, requirements, and impacts
- Identify and manage risks and issues with mitigations
🎯 Requirements
- Expert-level SAP HCM Payroll configuration (S/4 and/or ECC)
- Functional consulting/architectural experience in SAP HCM Payroll
- Experience analyzing payroll requirements and impacts
- Experience supporting payroll migration programmes or similar initiatives
- Assess and recommend migration tooling (prefer Epi-Use and Spinifex)
- Strong scope definition, workstream planning, and cost/resource estimation
