• Analyze performance data and implement action plans to improve results.
• Translate data into insights and actions linking results with in-store behavior.
• Coaching-focused store visits and adherence to retail standards.
• Lead new store openings and recruit and onboard store talent.
• Drive continuous improvement while balancing commercial priorities and development.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive district/multi-store retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stores and deliver strong results.
• Strong coaching, performance management, and action-planning skills.
• Data-driven with business acumen to translate KPIs into decisions.
• Excellent planning and organization across locations and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~80%+; fluent German and English.
