• Define and evolve the global medical capability strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead governance forums to support prioritization, decisions, and performance tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry; MBA preferred.
• Medical affairs expertise and experience with affiliates or distributed organizations.
• Strategic leadership to shape thinking and turn direction into execution.
• Capability and process excellence experience in development, measurement, and operating-model
• Influencing and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Governance and decision-making skills; executive communication capabilities.
