- Define and evolve the global medical capability strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Lead governance forums to support prioritization, decisions, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate global rollout of medical capabilities via capability-lead forums.
- Oversee capability deep-dives, self-assessments, and deployment initiatives.
- Improve operating models and end-to-end capability delivery across teams and geographies.
- Integrate newly acquired ventures and manage organizational change across medical functions.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry; MBA preferred.
- Medical affairs expertise and experience with affiliates or distributed organizations.
- Strategic leadership to shape thinking and turn direction into execution.
- Capability and process excellence experience in development, measurement, and operating-model
- Influencing and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Governance and decision-making skills; executive communication capabilities.
