📋 Description
- Set strategic direction for CodeAI’s work expanding CS + AI learning globally outside the U.S.
- Translate strategy into operating models that work in classrooms and with ministries, partners, and
- Balance depth in priority markets with breadth-to-scale approaches elsewhere.
- Lead autonomous strategic leadership efforts across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years driving systemic change in K-12 education worldwide, esp. AI/CS
- Nonprofit leadership experience with ministries of education, school systems, teacher networks
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous operating style; capable of aligning programs across ecosystems
- Experience designing/scaling multi-workstream programs (curriculum, PD, govt relations
- Strong ability to present to boards/funders and inspire educators/partners
- Track record of data-driven programs measuring impact at scale
