📋 Description
- Work in the People & Culture team in Manchester on a 12-month fixed term contract.
- Deliver and evolve early careers programmes (apprenticeships, graduate programmes, internships
- Coordinate with L&D, Resourcing and People Partnering teams for seamless programme delivery.
- Coach and guide early careers colleagues and their managers/mentors to achieve milestones.
- Engage with training providers and educational institutions to attract future talent.
- Support outreach activities and partnerships with education bodies and tech communities.

- Experience designing and delivering outreach activities and onboarding for early careers.
- Strong coaching, mentoring and relationship-building with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent organisational and diary management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build partnerships with training providers, education establishments and communities.
- Knowledge of England funding/apprenticeship frameworks and safeguarding policies is desirable.
🎁 Benefits
- Salary £35,000 – £40,000 depending on skills and experience.
