Solution Architect - Security, Risk and OT

📋 Description

• Lead pre-sales activities for ServiceNow’s Operations Technology Management (OTM) solutions
• Deliver architecture guidance, solution scoping, and SOW deliverables with clear outcomes
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes
• Design and deliver OTM solutions aligned with best practices and standards
• Mentor delivery teams and promote continuous improvement
• Travel up to 50% as required by project needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into workflows or decision-making
• OT ITOM domain expertise (event management, Discovery, CMDB, Service Graph)
• Familiarity with Purdue ISA-95/IEC 62443 concepts
• Knowledge of OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, OPC UA/DA, Profinet, EtherNet/IP)
• Security framework awareness (NERC CIP, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443)
• 10+ years in professional services or equivalent
