Senior Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems powering AI-driven workflows.
• Develop integrations and MCP tools to connect AI agents with services.
• Create scalable REST APIs and backend services for automated workflows.
• Ensure reliability of AI workflows with scalable architectures and data stores.
• Collaborate with product/engineering teams in a fully remote environment.
• Own technical outcomes and communicate progress effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend engineering in production environments.
• Strong experience with PHP or similar backend tech.
• Experience designing REST APIs and working with microservices.
• Proficient with relational/non-relational DBs and async processing (queues).
• Hands-on AI development experience, MCP servers, or related tech.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agent integration, and MCP patterns.
