📋 Description

• Own credit risk/underwriting for the 3-state zone
• Lead and mentor a team of 6 credit professionals
• Monitor portfolio health and drive corrective actions
• Partner with sales, collections & ops to balance growth and risk
• Conduct branch/dealer credit audits; ensure compliance
• Feed zonal insights into national credit policy

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in NBFC/bank credit & underwriting
• Multi-state zone/regional portfolio management experience
• Telugu/Tamil proficiency a plus
• Strong team leadership background
