Sr. Manager, DevOps

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of engineers focused on infrastructure, automation, deployment
• Define and execute the DevOps roadmap aligned with Technology and Business priorities
• Drive AI adoption across DevOps to boost productivity, delivery, and operational efficiency
• Guide cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, IaC, deployment automation, observability, and production
• Ensure platforms are highly available, scalable, secure, and maintainable
• Improve SDLC with reduced manual processes and greater developer self-service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of people management/leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Azure or AWS and CDNs like Akamai/Cloudflare
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, automation, networking, containers, observability, and production
• Experience supporting highly available web/mobile/API/data platforms; incident management and
